Luang Prabang, Laos by Caellum

Luang Prabang, Laos // Images & Words by Caellum

We arrived at our amazing villa in Laos. I finally got my own bedroom. There was two floors in the villa.

My mom got eaten again by mosquitoes.

We had a chef who cooked breakfast for us every day. My Dad got Eggs Benedict every morning.

We spent a lot of time relaxing in the villa.

We went to the night market. It was very big and cool. I finally got a new stuffie there. I picked an elephant and named it “Hope”. This made me very happy.

One day we went to a really big waterfall. I got lots of pictures of my Dad hanging over trees trying to get the perfect shot.

There is a bear rescue park at the waterfalls. We got to see many bears. One was very tired and kept looking right at me. He was cute.

We got to eat at many great restaurants. One of my favourites was a French restaurant. I was not feeling very good, but I did try frog’s legs. Lots s of people say they taste like chicken, I didn’t think so. 🙂 They did have  a great passion fruit sorbet, which made my tummy feel a lot better.

There was another day that we went on a boat ride. It was not good. The only good thing was the whiskey village. Not all tours can be great.

We left Luang Prabang for another city, it was only a 45 minute flight. If we drove it, my Dad said it would take 10 hours! We’re now in Vientiane, which is nice and I’ll blog about that soon.
